        Registration and Refund Policy

* Classes will not be cancelled as long as there is at least two (2) Students registered and paid prior to the registration deadline.

*Pre-registration for all courses is mandatory. All financial obligations to Valley health & Safety Training Center must be paid in full prior to the registration deadline. Registration deadline for all CPR and First Aid courses are 2 days prior to the start of class unless otherwise specified.

*Cancellations must be made by calling 724-684-9536 Monday through Friday 9am and 4pm.

*If you are 15 minutes late for a class, that you have pre-registered and paid for, you will not be admitted to the class. You may call the training center to reschedule.

* Students who cancel prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund minus a $10.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made after the registration deadline or students who are a "no show" for their scheduled class; forfeit their full class fee.

* There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.
