All Instructors: (IMPORTANT) All instructors please remember to keep the Training Center advised of any changes in your email address or phone number, or your status as an instructor with Valley Health and Safety. INSTRUCTORS: (REALLY IMPORTANT) To update, if you haven't done so you will need to purchase the Core book, it gives you a code to enter for the core information and take the online update. Then send the Training Center your certificate of completion, and you will be given a new card! I can not update any Instructors card without the new Core update.
Instructor Class If you know of anyone who would like to be an Instructor, have them contact the Training Center and we will put them on the list for the next Instructor Class. Please review the Compression - Only CPR articles that are available on the American Heart Association Website. You will find them useful in teaching the layperson CPR. There are going to be many questions asked, so please be prepared to answer them.
Please make every effort to visit the American Heart Association Web Site, there is a good bit of information for Instructors that you need to know. I have been sending out emails and updates from AHA as I get them. ALL Instructors are to register with. www.ahainstructornetwork.org. Please go onto the website and resister as a new user and follow instructions. If you have any questions give the training center a call or my cell phone! Thanks LIL
